Dictators, despots and international tycoons take note: Maybach has chosen the Beijing motorshow to launch its latest, most powerful model.
The 62S uses the same twin-turbo V12 as other Maybach models, but it's been caressed to free up another 62bhp, to deliver 612bhp of thrust.
Maybach says the top speed remains limited to 155mph, but 0-62mph is now ticked off in 5.2 seconds, helped along by the 6.0-litre V12's massive 737lb ft of torque.
New 20in alloy wheels distinguish the 62S from other Maybachs. There's no word yet on prices, but we reckon you'll be looking on the steep side of £300,000.
Better start planning that invasion of your neighbouring nations, then.
