Ferrari will roll out the 612-horsepower 599GTB Fiorano on Saturday at the Beijing International Auto Show.
The occasion marks the Asian debut of the exotic, which is equipped with a DOHC 6.0-liter V12 engine and sprints from zero to 60 mph in 3.7 seconds.
The company said it will also show off the Formula 1 single-seater — in which Michael Schumacher won the last Chinese Grand Prix — on the Ferrari stand at the show.
The Prancing Horse has nearly doubled its sales in China in the last 12 months. Ferrari said it sold 62 cars in 2005 and more than 120 in 2006. It predicts that China will become one of its top five markets "within the next two to three years."
Currently, the United States, Great Britain, Germany, Italy and Japan are its largest markets.
