After the recent Cayenne teaser which we showed you a few weeks ago, Porsche has decided to release pictures of its revised SUV in daylight so we can all marvel at its majesty.
Well, maybe not, but you will note the narrower design of the headlights, reshaped front air intakes and wheelarches. There's also a diffuser at the rear to help keep the Cayenne suckered to the road.
Just as well too, because the engines have more power. The skinny milk V6 goes from 3.2 to 3.6 litres and now has 290bhp, which is a boost of some 40bhp, so it can now manage 0-62mph in 8.1 seconds and a top speed of 141mph.
The Cayenne S's V8 engine grows to 4.8 litres and 385bhp. That's enough to deal with 0-62mph in 6.6 seconds, and a top speed of 157mph is a happy by-product.
Brace yourselves for the Cayenne Turbo. It now doles out 500bhp from a new 4.8-litre engine and dispenses 0-62mph in 5.1 seconds, carrying on to a frankly worrying 171mph.
The Turbo comes with standard see-round-the-corner headlights and a vehicle tracking system, and both of these are optional on the less potent models.
All new Cayennes now come with a Porsche Driving Experience training course thrown in with the list price, which ranges from £37,100 to £74,650.
Start spotting the revised Cayenne on UK roads from February 24.
