FRIEDRICHSDORF, Germany — Oettinger Technik GmbH is the latest tuning house to provide an upgrade kit for the new Audi TT.
On display this week at the Essen Motor Show, the Oettinger package starts with enhancements for the car's turbocharged 2.0-liter FSI engine, including reprogrammed electronics, new fuel pump and other modifications. A stainless-steel exhaust system and reinforced clutch are also fitted.
Output climbs to 350 horsepower and torque to 347 pound-feet. The Oettinger TT sprints from zero to 60 in less than 5.6 seconds, with a top speed of 168 mph.
An aero body kit further dresses up the TT's sleek exterior. It comes with a front apron and spoiler, side sills and a rear diffuser. The car rides on 20-inch RXX wheels.
