Spy photos of the upcoming F10 BMW M5 reveal new features
Here's a set of spy shots of the upcoming (F10) BMW M5 dressed in blue out for some testing in the latter stages of its development.
The sedan prototype spotted here is still wearing some camo but the rear boot of the car is exposed where we can see a small spoiler has been fitted.
The next BMW M5 is expected later in the year but BMW will be debuting an M5 concept at the Geneva auto show on March 1st which will preview the car to some degree.
The next-generation M5, called the F10 for the sedan and F11 for the wagon body style model, will come with a 4.4 liter twin-turbo V8 with an output of 600 PS (592 bhp / 441 kW). The 0 to 100 km/h sprint will take 4.4 seconds.
The 2012 M5 is expected to make its debut in production trim at the Frankurt motor show in September.
